I went to the ER and received muscle relaxers and a shot of cortisone. After three weeks of pain my friend Jen recommended Dr. Van Ness' office. I just received my third adjustment and I feel so much better. I'm also learning how to strengthen my back to prevent this from happening again. I wish I hadn't waited so long!!! =o)
